What is the delivery timeframe?
Our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days.
However, we also offer next day delivery if ordered before 2pm.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, we provide tracking information for all Next Day deliveries. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking details.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is FREE, with no minimum spend. Next Day delivery is £15.00 if ordered before 2pm.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes to the delivery address. However, you can contact our sales team on 0333 355 3801 who will do their best to assist you.
What happens if I miss my parcel?
If our carriers are unsuccessful on the first attempt they will leave a card and contact number for you to collect your goods or in some cases re-arrange delivery. If the parcel is not collected or delivered after 5 days the package will be returned to us.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. There is an option on the checkout to click and collect. We only have the Tamworth branch that offers this option.
What happens if I place my order after 2pm on a Friday?
All orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatch on the following Monday (Excluding bank holidays).
What happens if my order is damaged during delivery?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately on 0333 355 3801. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
